Hitachi Announces Highway Equipment as New Dealer
Hitachi Construction Equipment Loaders America (HCMA) has announced Highway Equipment, formerly Harter Equipment, as a Hitachi wheel loader distributor. Since 1933, Highway Equipment has maintained a legacy of success in the construction industry stretching over 85 years, and te Reynolds family-owned operation continues today under president Thomas Reynolds.
Highway Equipment has multiple branches across the Northeast, including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, and North Carolina, but will be the primary HCMA dealer for New Jersey. Customers in those locales will now be able to rent and purchase the full line of Hitachi wheel loaders, ranging from .8 to 8.2 cu. yds. (.6 to 6.2 cu. m).
